Efficient Inventory Process
This dashboard was created to be consumed by C-Suite to be able to track crucial KPIs, enabling them to manage supply based on demand.
It gives a birds eye view of the whole inventory and logistics involved, to ensure an efficient inventory management process. Enables executives to zoom-out and zoom-in using specific pages for different analyses.
